A Gan bronze amulet pendant of a serpent highlighted by an elaborate motif of roped concentric circles adorned at the edges.
The serpent is a popular motif for amulets as the serpents is appreciated for its protective powers and is considered a powerful amulet amongst the Gan.
Cast by the old technique of lost wax method, whereby the mold is destroyed after each casting, resulting in a unique and original piece.
