Superb & Rare antique 19th century Chagli long rug with ivory border and ascending five square medallions on a dark blue ground, with many animals and totemic designs scattered throughout. it shows a cut and restoration pls check pictures overall good condition despite the age.10'3" by 4'9" or 123in by 57"
Woven on wool warps and wefts with all natural dyes. The pile is low with scattered areas of foundation showing Most of the side are original , minor repairs washed /clean
