Exclusively crafted by the Mbole people of the Southeastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, these large and rounded anklets symbolize a marriage contract, and they are worn by men and women alike. Made from a single ingot, they feature a cast opening on one side and two sizes, "Ehuke" being the larger and "Diako" the smaller.
