This piece expresses my subconscious through the use of recycled blue and white porcelain fragments, embodying my emotions. It’s like capturing the clouds from the sky and bringing them into my studio. Inspired during my travels in Jingdezhen, China, I collected discarded ceramic shards to revive them in a fresh artistic language using blue and white porcelain. The final stage involved selecting suitable materials to stabilize this new artistic direction. Created in 2017, the work features abstract themes realized through mixed media including oil, resin, porcelain, and wood.
