#5054 Large Antique Chinoiserie Lacquer Wood Panel With Mirror 78.5" H

Stunning  elaborate and carved panel circa 1900 or older , detailed carving  with a deep rich color and patterning to the wood. All the raised areas are richly detailed and gilded while the background is lacquered  Chinese  brown and  red, depicting  lush foliage auspicious buddhist symbols ,that make an overwhelming statement .

 Newly added mirror to the panel , The gold is in remarkable condition as is the carving in general with some very minor chipping and rub thru to the gold.
