#4927 Unique Brazilian Indigenous The Mamaindê Arm /Leg Band from Buriti Fiber & Seeds

Superb and rare unique Ornamental piece Tribal Arm / leg Band used in ceremony  hand made of tiny  Coconut beads and two rows of large amazonian seeds interweave with coconut beads ,By the Brazilian Tribe the Mamaindê.

The Mamaindê, who are part of the northern Nambikwara, live in the state of Mato Grosso and Rondônia together with other peoples. This territory comprises the Chapada dos Parecis, the Guaporé Valley and a region further north. They usually establish their villages in elevated areas with sandy soil and typical Cerrado vegetation.
