#4376 Vintage Korhogo by the Senufo People Mud Cloth Cote d'Ivoire

In Ivory Coast, the Senufo people create a unique cloth called Korhogo, which is made using hand looms and larger forms to symbolize intangibles. This type of fabric is similar to mud cloth and is traditionally divided between men and women, with women typically cleaning and spinning the cotton and men weaving the rough yarns. The end result is an amazing  textile measuring 60" h by 38".
